At Flaurielle, we want every trim to feel safe, gentle, and stress-free. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

30-Day Comfort Guarantee
From the day your order is marked as delivered, you have 30 days to try your Flaurielle trimmer at home.

If you’re not satisfied with your experience, you can request a return in line with our Return & Refund Policy:

  • If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, we will replace it or issue a refund and cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you change your mind or no longer want the product, you may still return it within 30 days, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns must be sent back in good condition with all original accessories where applicable.

6-Month Limited Warranty
Your Flaurielle SilkTrim Precision Trimmer is covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Internal mechanical or electrical failures that occur during normal, personal use

We’ll repair or replace the device, or offer an equivalent solution at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (cosmetic scratches, fading, etc.)

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, impact, or improper storage

  • Damage from using the device with non-recommended chargers or accessories

  • Water damage beyond the product’s stated water-resistance level

  • Devices that have been altered, opened, or repaired by third parties

  • Loss or theft of the product

How to Make a Claim

To start a guarantee or warranty claim, please email us at contact@flaurielle.com with:

  1. Your full name and order number

  2. Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  3. A short description of what happened and when it started

Our support team will review your case and reply with the next steps and, if applicable, a prepaid return label or return instructions.
