Track your Flaurielle order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days.

How to Track

  1. Find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Visit lian-yuntu.com and enter your tracking number.
  3. You can also reply to your order confirmation email and we'll look it up for you.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • US, UK, CA, AU, MX, EU: 7–12 business days from dispatch
  • UAE and select Middle East regions: 10–18 business days — limited direct flights may cause delays outside our control

My tracking isn't updating

It's normal for tracking to show no movement for the first 2–3 days after dispatch while your package clears the origin warehouse. If there's been no update after 5 business days, email us at contact@flaurielle.com and we'll investigate.
