Returns made simple

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item, colour, or size
  • Items are missing from your order

Non-Eligible Returns

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Change of mind, sizing preference, or colour preference
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago
  • Final sale or promotional items
  • Free gifts included with a purchase

Shipping Costs

If the issue is due to a Flaurielle error (damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order), we cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement at no charge.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email contact@flaurielle.com with your order number
  2. Include a short description of the issue
  3. Attach clear photos of the item and packaging
  4. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
