The Bare Y features a seamless thong-back cut with a wide Y-front panel. Sized by waist only — it's the only measurement that matters for the right fit.

How to measure correctly

Find your natural waist
Stand straight and locate the narrowest part of your torso — usually 2–3 cm above your belly button.

Wrap the tape flat
Keep the measuring tape horizontal and parallel to the floor. Don't pull tight — leave just enough room to breathe naturally.

Note the number
Take the measurement at the end of a normal exhale. This is your waist size — match it to the table above.

Between two sizes?
Size up for a more relaxed, all-day comfortable fit. Size down for a closer, second-skin feel during workouts.

For the Gym
Size down for a snug, stay-in-place fit through every squat and lunge. The thong-back cut means zero riding up, zero adjusting — even during high-intensity sessions.
Everyday Wear
True to size for all-day comfort. The seamless thong back disappears completely under leggings, trousers, and fitted dresses — no visible lines from any angle.
As a Gift
When unsure, size up. The fabric stretches comfortably and a slightly relaxed fit on a thong style is always preferred over too snug.

Between two sizes?
The Bare Y runs true to standard sizing. If your waist falls between sizes — for example 67cm — size up to M for all-day comfort, or stay at S if you prefer a performance-snug fit at the gym. Because it's a thong-back style, hip measurement is not relevant — waist is the only number that determines fit.
