How to Track Your Order

Find your order number
You’ll find it in your Order Confirmation email (for example:#FLA1234). -
Open your Shipping Confirmation email
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking link.
– Click the link to see the latest updates directly from the carrier. -
Give tracking a little time to update
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created, especially if your order ships from our China warehouse.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, US delivery typically takes 7–9 business days, so most customers receive their order in about 8–12 days from the purchase date, whether it ships from our US or China warehouse.
During peak seasons or holidays, carriers may need a little extra time.
