1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days at our warehouse. After your order has been packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track it directly via USPS or at 17track.net.
3. What are the estimated delivery times?
United States: 10–25 business days (usually 12–14 days)
Canada & Europe: 15–40 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 15–45 business days
Mexico, Central & South America: 20–40 business days
Middle East: 20–40 business days
Please allow extra time during holidays or promotional periods.
4. What if my package doesn’t arrive?
We offer Risk-Free Shipping: if your order does not arrive within 60 days, you’ll receive a 100% refund. Please contact us at Contact@flaurielle.com so we can investigate (this usually takes 3–5 business days).
5. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Cancellations: Possible within 6 hours after purchase (10% processing fee applies).
Modifications (address or details): Please email us within 24 hours at Contact@flaurielle.com.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if your product is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Missing parts
To request a return, email us at Contact@flaurielle.com with photos of the product and shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
7. How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days back to your original payment method.
8. Do I have to pay customs or taxes?
Yes, import taxes, duties, or other fees may apply depending on your country. These are determined by local customs and are the customer’s responsibility.
9. Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and take appropriate measures to protect your data. However, please note no method of online transmission is 100% secure.
