1. What is Flaurielle?

Flaurielle is a premium bikini and body grooming brand created for women who want gentle, effective hair trimming without the cuts, bumps or irritation of traditional razors and waxing.
Our hero product is the SilkTrim Precision Trimmer, designed specifically for sensitive areas like the bikini line and underarms.


2. Who is the SilkTrim Precision Trimmer for?

SilkTrim is for anyone who:

  • Has sensitive skin and struggles with razor burn, bumps, or redness

  • Wants a safer, more controlled trim in the bikini area and underarms

  • Prefers a quick, at-home alternative to salon waxing

  • Likes a portable, travel-friendly grooming tool


3. Is the trimmer safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. SilkTrim is engineered with skin-friendly, rounded blades that trim hair close without scraping or pulling the skin. Most customers with sensitive skin find it much more comfortable than shaving or waxing.
If you have very reactive skin, we always recommend doing a patch test on a small area first.


4. Can I use it on wet and dry skin?

Yes. SilkTrim is designed for both dry use and in-shower use.

  • For the smoothest experience, use on clean, dry skin and trim in the direction of hair growth.

  • You can also use it in the shower for extra comfort – just make sure to dry the device thoroughly after use.


5. Which areas can I use it on?

SilkTrim is designed for:

  • Bikini line & pubic area (external use only)

  • Underarms

  • Lower stomach / happy trail

  • Legs and other smaller body areas

We do not recommend using the trimmer on the face, broken skin, or directly on mucous membranes.


6. Does it completely remove hair or just trim?

SilkTrim is a trimmer, not a traditional razor. It trims the hair very close to the skin for a smooth look while being gentler and less irritating than shaving right at the surface.


7. Is the trimmer waterproof?

SilkTrim is shower-proof and fully washable. You can safely rinse the trimming head under running water and use it in the shower.
Do not submerge the entire device in deep water for extended periods (for example, in a bathtub).


8. How do I clean the trimmer?

  1. Turn the device off.

  2. Remove any detachable guard/comb if you’re using one.

  3. Rinse the trimming head under lukewarm water to remove hair.

  4. Gently shake off excess water and let it air-dry completely before storing.

Avoid using harsh cleaners or strong chemicals on the device.


9. How is the trimmer powered?

The SilkTrim Precision Trimmer is USB-C rechargeable. Each charge provides up to 60 minutes of cordless use, depending on your usage and hair type.


10. How long does the battery last?

With normal use, most customers easily get several full-body or multiple bikini trims from one charge. We recommend fully charging the device before first use and topping it up whenever needed.


11. Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every SilkTrim Precision Trimmer includes a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal, recommended conditions.


12. Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. We offer a 30-Day Return Window from the date your order is marked as delivered.
If there’s any issue with your Flaurielle product within those 30 days, contact us and we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.


Orders & Shipping

13. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to customers within the United States. Any updates or new countries will always be announced on our website.


14. How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, US delivery typically takes 7–9 business days, so most customers receive their order in about 8–12 days from the purchase date.


15. How much is shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and any current promotions.
Any free shipping offers or discounts will be clearly displayed on the website and at checkout if they apply to your order.


16. Do I get a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link so you can follow your package all the way to your door.


17. My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

Tracking can sometimes take 24–72 hours to update, especially around weekends and holidays.
If your tracking has shown no movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to us at contact@flaurielle.com and we’ll gladly look into it.


18. Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes are not always possible.
If you need to update your address or cancel, please email contact@flaurielle.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify it.


Returns & Exchanges

19. What is your return policy?

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

You can request a return if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item, color, or model

  • There are missing items in your order

Because our products are personal-care and grooming devices, we generally cannot accept returns of heavily used items without a quality issue.

20. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the issue is due to a Flaurielle error (damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order), we cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement.

  • If you simply change your mind and the product is not defective, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.


21. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund is processed back to your original payment method.
Processing times vary by bank, but most customers see funds back in 5–10 business days after we issue the refund.


Payments & Safety

22. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and other secure payment methods supported by Shopify Payments (such as some digital wallets, where available). All transactions are encrypted and secured.


23. Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-compliant processing to keep your data safe. We never see or store your full card details.


Usage & Troubleshooting

24. Does it hurt?

Most customers describe SilkTrim as comfortable and gentle, especially compared to waxing or traditional razors. You may feel a light tickling or buzzing sensation, but it should not be painful when used correctly on healthy skin.


25. Can I use it every day?

You can use SilkTrim as often as you feel comfortable. Many customers trim every few days or once a week depending on their hair growth and preferred look. Always stop if your skin feels irritated and allow it to rest.


26. Can I use it with shaving creams or oils?

SilkTrim works best on clean, dry skin or with a light, non-foaming product. Foaming shaving creams may clog the head. If you use an oil or serum, apply a thin layer and wipe the trimmer head clean after use.


27. What if my trimmer doesn’t turn on?

Please check the following:

  1. Make sure the device has been fully charged via USB-C.

  2. Ensure the power switch is in the ON position.

  3. Inspect the head for any hair build-up and clean/rinse if needed.

28. I have a medical skin condition. Can I use this?

If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are under dermatological treatment, or have open wounds, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any grooming device. Do not use the trimmer on irritated, broken, or infected skin.
