This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak periods (major sales, holidays, or product launches), processing may take a little longer.

You will receive an Order Confirmation email after your purchase and a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Processing time is separate from shipping (transit) time.
2. Shipping Origins & Methods
We ship from our own and partner warehouses located in:

Regardless of the origin warehouse, all orders are shipped using reliable carriers that serve the US market, and tracking is provided for every shipment.
3. Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, typical delivery times within the US are:

Standard Shipping (US): approx. 7–9 business days in transit
Most customers receive their order in about 8–12 days from the purchase date, including both processing and transit time, whether the order ships from our US or China warehouse.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and any current promotions.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping as part of a promotion. When applicable, this will be clearly indicated on our website and at checkout.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when a full refund is granted due to an error on our part.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address, and we are not responsible for packages lost or delivered to the wrong address due to address errors entered by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it to a corrected address, but additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows the package as “delivered” but you have not received it:

Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation.

Look around your property and ask household members or neighbors in case the carrier left it in a safe location.

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for more detailed information.

Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, our responsibility may be limited; however, we will always do our best to support you.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time frame after delivery:

We will review your case and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or solution in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Orders shipped within the United States are generally not subject to additional customs duties.
Any sales taxes or applicable fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout, where required.
