Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Times
- US, UK, CA, AU, MX, EU (DE, FR, NL and more): 7–12 business days from dispatch
- UAE and select Middle East regions: 10–18 business days — delivery to these markets may take longer due to limited direct flight routes. Delays outside our control may occur during peak periods or customs processing.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimated times are from the dispatch date, not the order date.
Free Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $100 USD to all markets we serve. Orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement after 5 business days from dispatch, please contact us at contact@flaurielle.com and we will investigate with our logistics partner.
