We accept eligible return requests within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
You can request a return if:
the item is damaged or defective;
you received the wrong item, color or model; or
there are missing items in your order.
Because our products are personal-care and grooming devices, we cannot accept returns of heavily used items, opened skincare/oil without a quality issue, final sale items, free gifts, or orders placed more than 30 days ago.
If the issue is due to a Flaurielle error (damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order), we cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement.
If you simply change your mind or are not satisfied but the product is not defective, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
